Where are you made?
Denise hand crafts Analu products in small batches in Deerfield, Wisconsin, using our foundational formulations. Denise is always wandering her land, collecting resins, flowers, leaves, and aromatic materials to tincture, enfleurage and use in fragrance. All retail and wholesale orders are shipped from our home base in Wisconsin.
Return Policy
At Analu, we take pride in offering the finest hand-crafted natural perfumes Wisconsin. Our pricing is designed so that you can enjoy sampling all four signature fragrances in our discovery set (link and cost). Sample sizes are also available so that you can test the perfume before purchasing a larger size. Please note that we do not accept returns.
Breakages
Every product is hand-packed with care and meticulously inspected prior to shipment. We do not accept returns for any perfume items—including broken parts, unused, or unopened bottles.
Damaged Mailing Boxes
If your mailing box arrives damaged due to USPS handling, please follow up with USPS using your tracking number for any compensation or next steps.
Aromabutters™
Our Aromabutters™ are hand-crafted using all-natural plant butters and 100% natural essential oil blends. We recommend conducting a spot test on a small area of skin to check for any sensitivities or allergic reactions. Analu cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions, and for health and hygiene reasons, returns on Aromabutters™ are not accepted. If you live in a very hot climate and in the summer, keep your aromabutter out of direct sunlight or it may melt.
