What is up with NYC and Madison? Where are you made?
Analu Perfume was dreamed and co-created by Amy in NYC and Denise in Deerfield, WI. Amy stayed in WI a few times with Denise for blending sessions where they would work on their final creations and made their final formulas. Denise now hand makes Analu products in small batches in Deerfield, Wisconsin, using our co-created formulas. So Analu is a vision from NY and WI, made in WI. All retail and wholesale orders are shipped from our home base in Wisconsin.
Return Policy
At Analu, we take pride in offering the finest hand-crafted natural perfumes from NYC and Wisconsin. Our pricing is designed so that you can enjoy sampling all four signature fragrances in our discovery set (link and cost). Sample sizes are also available so that you can test the perfume before purchasing a larger size. Please note that we do not accept returns.
Breakages
Every product is hand-packed with care and meticulously inspected prior to shipment. We do not accept returns for any perfume items—including broken parts, unused, or unopened bottles.
Damaged Mailing Boxes
If your mailing box arrives damaged due to USPS handling, please follow up with USPS using your tracking number for any compensation or next steps.
Breathform™ Inhaler Pendant
Each Breathform™ inhaler is 100% made in the USA, hand-crafted by skilled artisans in NYC and inspected before shipping. Due to health and hygiene considerations, inhalers are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your inhaler, please contact customer service for review.
Aromabutters™
Our Aromabutters™ are hand-crafted using all-natural plant butters and 100% natural essential oil blends. We recommend conducting a spot test on a small area of skin to check for any sensitivities or allergic reactions. Analu cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions, and for health and hygiene reasons, returns on Aromabutters™ are not accepted. If you live in a very hot climate and in the summer, keep your aromabutter out of direct sunlight or it may melt.
Wick Replacement Instructions
Each Breathform™ inhaler comes with two replaceable wicks that typically remain absorbent for about a month with daily use. To refresh the scent, spray one or more Analu perfumes onto a wick, insert it into the Breathform™ chamber, and secure it by threading the necklace through its loop. Enjoy the deep, soothing breath that supports your mental wellness.
Chiffon Necklace
The included up-cycled chiffon necklace measures 24” in length, allowing you to customize the fit to your preference. For creative styling ideas and more ways to enjoy your necklace with the Breathform™ Inhaler, please visit our community member portal.
